How do I book a pickup?

What areas do you cover in Hyderabad?

How far in advance do I need to book?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred slot. For same-day pickup, call us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate you based on availability.

Question 4

Can I reschedule or cancel a pickup?

Accepted Answer

Yes — just call or WhatsApp us at least 2 hours before your scheduled pickup time and we'll reschedule at no charge. Cancellations are also free with adequate notice.

Question 5

What if I'm not home when you arrive?

Accepted Answer

We'll call you 30 minutes before arrival. If you're unavailable, we can leave your clothes with a trusted neighbour or reschedule at no extra charge. Just let us know your preference when booking.

What services do you offer?

We offer wash & fold laundry, dry cleaning, specialist saree care, steam ironing, stain removal, curtain and linen cleaning, and minor repairs and alterations. All services include free pickup and delivery.

Do you handle delicate or expensive garments?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We specialise in delicate fabrics including silk sarees, embroidered ethnic wear, bridal lehengas, woollen garments, and leather. Each item is assessed individually and cleaned using the appropriate method.

Can you remove tough stains?

Accepted Answer

We offer specialist stain removal as an add-on service (₹49 per garment, in addition to the cleaning charge). While we cannot guarantee removal of every stain — particularly old or set-in stains — our team will do their best and advise you before proceeding.

Do you clean curtains and household linen?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we clean curtains (per panel), bed sheets, pillow covers, towels, blankets, and quilts. Curtain and heavy linen cleaning requires at least 48 hours advance notice. Please mention this when booking.

Question 11

Do you offer repairs and alterations?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer minor repairs and alterations starting from ₹49, quoted on inspection. This includes button replacement, minor hem repairs, and small tears. Please mention this when booking so we can assess the garment on pickup.

How much does laundry cost?

Accepted Answer

Wash & fold laundry starts at ₹79 per kg with a minimum order of 3 kg. Wash, dry & iron is ₹99/kg. Dry cleaning is priced per garment — for example, a shirt is ₹99 and a suit is ₹399. See our full price list at /pricing.

Is pickup and delivery really free?

Yes — free doorstep pickup and delivery is included on every order with no hidden charges. The price you see on our pricing page is the price you pay.

Is there a minimum order value?

Accepted Answer

For wash & fold laundry, the minimum order is 3 kg. For dry cleaning and saree care, there is no minimum — you can send even a single garment.

Do you have any discounts or offers?

Accepted Answer

Do you offer subscription or monthly plans?

We're working on subscription plans. In the meantime, call us to discuss a regular pickup schedule — we can often arrange a preferential rate for frequent customers.

How long does it take to clean my clothes?

Standard wash & fold laundry is returned within 48–72 hours from pickup. Dry cleaning and saree care typically take 48–72 hours. Heavy items like curtains, blankets, or bridal wear may require 72–96 hours. We'll give you an estimated delivery time when you book.

Can I get express or same-day service?

Express turnaround may be available for select services depending on our current capacity. Call us directly to check availability — we'll always try to accommodate urgent requests.

How will I know when my clothes are ready?

We'll call or WhatsApp you when your order is ready and confirm a delivery slot. You can also call us at any time to check the status of your order.

What if my delivery is delayed?

We always aim to meet the estimated turnaround time. If there's any delay, we'll proactively contact you to let you know and reschedule delivery at your convenience.

How do you handle my garments?

Every garment is tagged individually on pickup so it stays with your order throughout the process. Clothes are sorted by fabric type and colour, pre-treated for stains where needed, cleaned using the appropriate method, quality-checked, and neatly packed before delivery.

Are my garments insured?

We handle every garment with the utmost care following DhobiLite protocols. In the unlikely event of any issue, please contact us immediately and we will work to resolve it to your satisfaction.

What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning result?

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with the result, call us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll re-clean the item at no extra charge.

Do you clean bridal or heavily embellished garments?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we have experience with bridal lehengas, heavily embroidered sarees, sherwanis, and other special occasion wear. These are handled individually and priced on inspection. Please mention this when booking so we can prepare appropriately.

What are your operating hours?

Our customer support and pickup/delivery service operates 8 AM to 9 PM, 7 days a week including public holidays. You can also WhatsApp us outside these hours and we'll respond as soon as we're available.
